This heavy timber-framed building was so badly deteriorated that initial structural investigations revealed the need to completely dismantle and reconstruct it.  As preservation consultants and architects, we thoroughly documented the building to ensure its accurate dismantling and reconstruction.  The building now houses facilities for an adjacent rail-trail and tourist railroad.
